SALON POLICIES

  • Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us 36hr notice.  Any rescheduling or cancelling within 24hrs of your appointment, will result in a charge for the service.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express to hold appointments.  Cancelling or Rescheduling by email is not acceptable.  Please call 617-242-3200 with any questions about your appointment.

As of 6/12/2020, there will be a $50 deposit for all "NEW" clients to the salon.   Deposit will be credited towards your first appointment.  Non-refundable on cancelled appointments.

As of 6/28/2021, repeat offenders will be asked to leave a deposit or asked to make appointment day-of the service.

  • Children at the Salon Spa

Because of our utmost respect for your comfort and the safety of your children, we ask that you please refrain from bringing children under 12 years to the Salon/Spa.

  • Pets at the Salon Spa

Because of our utmost respect for your comfort, as well as that of others, pets are not allowed in the Salon/Spa.

  • General

We are a full service salon using hair color, oils, creams, etc.  Please ask your service provider on how you can protect your clothing and accessories.  Element Day Spa is not responsible for any damage.

  • Cell Phones

We strive to make it a relaxed environment here at Element.  For the comfort of those around you, please refrain from talking on your phone and place your phone sounds on vibrate or silent.
